$M DEATH SUIT MICHAEL, 12, WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR A HEADACHE, BUT NEVER MADE IT BACK HOME
The prominent New York family of a year-old who died last year at a Westchester hospital yesterday filed notice theyre suing for $ million, charging he was given a fatal mix of two potent opiates to treat a headache.
Michael Tyler Fisher, a third-generation heir to the Fisher Brothers real-estate fortune, was taken to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla at around 9 p.m. on Jan. 15, , and never made it home alive.
Michael was given morphine and Fentanyl, a powerful drug used on cancer patients thats not supposed to be given to children, said John Q. Kelly, who is representing the boys estate.
Within two days, Michael, an honors student at the Horace Mann School, suffered acute mixed drug intoxication and died, according to Kelly and court papers.
The Fisher family, which owns and manages office and residential buildings, has been involved in many philanthropic endeavors, including saving the USS Intrepid and turning it into a museum.
Michaels family blames the hospital and its staff for the boys death.

Fisher Stevens regrets doing brownface in Short Circuit: 'It definitely haunts me'
Thirty-five years after Fisher Stevens' breakout role in the sci-fi comedy Short Circuit, the actor is opening up about the regret he feels for playing an Indian character in brownface.
Fisher, who now produces and directs, played Indian engineer Ben Jabituya in the film and even reprised the role in the movie's sequel. The role involved him sitting through multiple rounds of makeup to appear "Indian," as well as changing his voice to sound more ethnic.
Speaking to Yahoo Entertainment in a recent interview while promoting his Apple TV+ drama Palmer, Fisher admitted the Short Circuit role "definitely haunts me. I still think it's a really good movie, but I would never do that part again."
Fisher had previously made comments addressing his problematic involvement in a New York Times interview with Aziz Ansari, where the Master of None star wrote a personal essay detailing his meeting with the actor he had grown up watching on screen—without knowing for years that his Indian role model wasn't actually Indian.
As Ansari explains in the essay, Fisher was
Fisher Stevens apologizes to the cast of Friends: 'I was an a--hole'
In the first season of Friends, Fisher Stevens played Phoebe's (Lisa Kudrow) psychiatrist boyfriend Roger who uses his analytical powers for evil, acting like a huge jerk to all six of the titular friends. And now Stevens wants to apologize to the Friends cast for behaving like Roger on set and acting like a real "a--hole" while filming his episode.
In the latest episode of PeopleTV's Couch Surfing, Stevens reflected on why he felt the need to say he's sorry. "At that moment in my career, I had never done a sitcom before," he says. "I had never heard of Friends because it was just the beginning of the show and I didn't watch TV at the time much."
After he learned his lines from the script and flew to Los Angeles to film the episode, he quickly discovered when he got to set that the entire script had already been rewritten. "Because that's what sitcoms did. And I didn't know that," he says. "I was kind of an a--hole, I have to admit. 'What do you mean? So I have to relearn lines that you've written that are worse than what you'
Friends guest star apologised to cast after admitting to being 'd**k' on set
The actor behind one of Friends' most 'hated' characters was forced to issue an apology to cast and crew following his appearance on the show, admitting he behaved as poorly behind the scenes as he did in front of the cameras.
And I bet we can give you a clue as to who by telling you we 'hate that guy!'
The much-loved 90s sitcom introduced viewers to its fair share of controversial characters back in the day.
Some we loved to hate - like, Janice (Maggie Wheeler) and her nasal-y voice, Will (Brad Pitt) and his 'I hate Rachel' club, and Phoebe's sassy twin sister Ursula (both played by Lisa Kudrow).
Other Friendscharacters simply drove viewers insane for all the wrong reasons.
Remember Rache's love interest Tommy - famously portrayed by Ben Stiller - and his sudden bursts of anger? Boy, was he a nutcase.
And don't even get me started on Ross' uber-controlling British wife Emily (Helen Baxendale), who notoriously tried to stop him from seeing Rachel.
Still, there's one character we're missing from this list who famousl
