The antholgy The Ultimate Dracula, edited by Byron Preiss, was translated in Chinese and published on Taiwan. Released in and in by YueSheng Culture Publishing, in a trade paperback With the title as &#;&#;&#;&#;&#;&#; : &#;&#;&#;&#;&#; /.

This anthology contains Farmer's short story "Nobody's Perfect".
I could hardly find any online information about the book, and especially not about its contents.
So I translated the original US title, "Nobody's Perfect", via Google into Chinese as "&#;&#;&#;&#;&#;&#;&#;".
I have no idea if this is used with the printed book.

Farmer wrote a brief foreword with the new publication:

«This novel was first published in and then in (actually ) as The Gate of Time. That was not my title. I have no idea why the editors changed it, since this is not a time travel tale, and their title certainly was misleading. So I have restored the original, Two Hawks Fro

A part-time student at Bradley University, he gained a BA in English in , and two years later burst onto the sf scene with his novella The Lovers (August Startling; exp ; rev ). Although originally rejected by John W Campbell Jr of Astounding Science-Fiction and H L Gold of Galaxy Science Fiction, it gained instant acclaim when it did appear, and won Farmer a Hugo for Most Promising New Author. It concerned Xenobiology, Parasitism and Sex, an explosive mixture, certainly for the Genre SF of that era; transgressive mixtures of this sort would feature repeatedly in Farmer's best work. After publishing such excellent short stories as "Sail On! Sail On!" (December Startling) (see Flat Earth) and "Mother" (April Thrilling Wonder), Farmer became a full-time writer. His second short novel, A Woman a Day (June Startling as "Moth and Rust"; rev ; vt The Day of Timestop; vt Timestop!), was billed as a seq

    Philip Jose Farmer Biography

Philip José Farmer (born January 26, ) is an American author, principally known for his science fiction and fantasy novels and short stories.

Many of Farmer's works involve reworking existing characters from fiction and history, such as The Other Log of Phileas Fogg, filling in the missing time periods from Jules Verne's Around the World in Eighty Days, and his Riverworld series, which follows the adventures of Richard Burton and Samuel Clemens through a bizarre afterlife in which every human to ever have lived is simultaneously resurrected. This has led to a burgeoning of a particular type of this form of fiction which is frequently referred to by reference to Farmer's original premise, the Wold Newton family.

Farmer wrote Venus on the Half-Shell under the name Kilgore Trout, a fictitious author who appears in the works of Kurt Vonnegut.

Farmer's works often contain sexual themes: his collection of short stories Strange Relations was a notable event in the history of sex in science fiction.
