Part 1. Wally Bayola breaks silence on sex-video scandal; clears Yosh Rivera&#;s name
Sa unang pagkakataon ay binasag ni Wally Bayola ang kanyang katahimikan kaugnay ng sex-video scandal na kinasangkutan nila ng dating EB Babes dancer na si Yosh Rivera noong isang taon.
Dahil sa pagkalat sa Internet ng private video nilang ito ay pansamantalang nawala si Wally sa Eat Bulaga!.
At pagkatapos nga ng limang buwan ay nakabalik ang comedian-TV host sa longest-running noontime show noong February 8.
Kagabi, February 25, nakausap ng (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Wally sa 10th anniversary celebration ng Zirkoh Comedy Bar, sa Tomas Morato, Quezon City.
Kabilang si Wally at ang partner niyang si Jose Manalo bilang special performers sa anniversary ng Zirkoh.
Pero bago sumampa sa stage ay ibinuhos ni Wally ang kanyang saloobin tungkol sa pinagdaanan niyang kontrobersiya hanggang sa makabalik siya sa Eat Bulaga!
"Oo, pumayat ako," bungad ni Wally.
"Hindi ako makakain at ayaw kong lumabas ng kuwarto.
"Takot na takot ako na baka kapag lumabas ako, e, kung ano ang mangyari sa akin."

Sa kabila ng mga pinagdaanang eskandalo ng komedyanteng si Wallly Bayola ay hindi nawala sa tabi nito ang kanyang asawa na si Riza Ruen Bayola.
“Ganun talaga pag pamilya yata, e. Kailangan ganun kayo ka-intact.
"Ganun, sama-sama kayo, sa hirap at ginhawa, kumbaga.
“Dapat ganun,” pahayag ni Riza sa phone interview sa kanya ng StarTalk na inere kaninang hapon, March 2.
Si Riza ay isang registered nurse at nagtatrabaho bilang cashier at encoder sa comedy bar na pinagtatrabahuhan ni Wally, ang Zirkoh.
Dahil madalas kasama ni Wally, na-expose na rin si Riza sa buhay-showbiz.

Wally Bayola Scandal: Wife Supports Him After Video Emerges
Wally Bayola, a popular comedian in the Philippines, gained the support of his wife, Riza, after a controversial video of him and dancer co-star Yoshika ‘Yosh’ Rivera went viral over the past week.
Bayola and his wife, who have five children, would not end their marriage over the video, which purportedly shows lewd acts.
ABS-CBN reported that his manager Malou Choa Fagar said Bayola’s camp would not comment on the matter.
His wife also refused to speak to the media about the matter.
A source told The Buzz website that his wife will continue to support him.
According to The Inquirer, Bayola will lie low from “Eat Bulaga,” his show, and “Celebrity Bluff.”
Bayola could face jail time over the tape, reported Hollywood Life. However, his wife would have to file for it.
The report comes just months after a similar scandal erupted around singer Chito Miranda.
Wally Bayola has been caught up in a sex tape scandal that could sink his career and even send the Filipino comedian to prison.
The comedian and host of the top noontime program Eat Bulaga! saw a video released online that purports to show him in a tryst with co-star Yoshika “Yosh” Rivera .
But Wally Bayola may be in for more than just a run of the mill sex tape scandal . The Family Code of the Philippines says that concubinage carries a four-year prison sentence, though experts say it may be difficult to prove that’s exactly what’s shown on the tape.
Wally’s comedy partner, Jose Manalo, has been through a similar ordeal. Jose’s wife accused him of concubinage, though she did not have the same kind of damning evidence available in Wally’s case. Experts say Wally’s wife may be able to go a step further, accusing him with the much broader and easier to prove violence against women and children charge.
There is little doubt what it on the video. The alleged image shows Wally’s face as he fixes the camera for a better view of the act. At the end he again looks at the camera, smiles, and kisses his partner. The comedian reportedly finishes up by making the “pa-pogi” sign
